About Founder

Jeremy is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with more than 18 years of experience in the field. He has held HR generalist and specialist roles in various industries such as educational service, marine, oil and gas and chemicals. He has vast working experience in Global MNCs, local MNCs, and Social Enterprises.

Jeremy is especially strong at establishing HR frameworks and best practices. Besides managing Business Excellence projects, Jeremy has deep experience in effective resolution of common, day-to-day, operational challenges in HR and is the brainchild behind numerous strategic-cum-tactical HR solutions for clients. He also has much in-depth experience in facilitating HR Audits.

Jeremy has a great passion for employee training, including both development of training material and delivery of courses. As a trainer, Jeremy can connect with learners regardless of hierarchy, whether senior managers or blue-collar employees.

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with double major for Human Resource & Industrial Relations and Marketing awarded by the University of Queensland, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership and People Management awarded by the Singapore National Employer Federation. He is also a certified HR Professional in Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits.
